All ready-made items will be shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated in the item description.

All pre-order items will be shipped on the day indicated in the item description via USPS Priority Mail (unless otherwise indicated in the item description).

Commissions will be shipped on the date agreed upon by both the artist and the commissioning agent per the applicable commission contract. Item will be sipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.

Sales are final upon customer approval during final review process. The only exception is for items damaged during shipping. If this happens, please contact Whitney via the Contact page or email at encoreartbywhitney@gmail.com so you can get a return shipping label and a refund.

All commission sales are final at time of exchange or shipping.
